The following terms and conditions shall govern the supply of the X3MWebware™ website services to the subscriber by X3MTEK CORPORATION (XTC) and shall take effect from the activation of subscription:

1.    Service Providers

XTC is the web development service provider while the domain registration and hosting service provider is Altamira Systems Corporation / Bayanhosting.com. 

2.    Availment of Services 

The subscriber may avail himself/herself of the services upon approval of his/her application for subscription, payment of Total Initial Fees, and add-on costs if any and complete submission of all requirements as indicated in the Application Form. 

3.    Total Initial Fee

The Total  Initial Fee includes:
3.1. Set-up of the account

3.1.1.		Hosting Services—Web & Email Linux Hosting with 100MB web space and 1GB bandwidth or data transfer.
3.1.2.		Top-Level Domain Name Registration (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz) for 1 year (subject to the Billing & Payment Terms).
3.1.3.		X3MWebware™  Website System set-up.

3.2. One month advanced Monthly Service Fee.

3.3. Free initial upload of up to 5 images.

3.4. Free development of company name logo if one is not provided by the Subscriber.

3.5. Upload of the contents for the Welcome , About Us, Contact Us pages up to 25 pages!

3.6. X3Mwebware™ Basic User Electronic Manual (PDF).

4.    Add-on Services and Rates

4.1. Express Development Fee - $35

Have your site up in 5 workings days.  If Subscriber wishes his/her site to be completed within 5 days from our receipt of complete web content/materials and payment of initial fees & add-ons if any, Subscriber may opt to pay $35.  This service guarantee is not available to sites with programming requirements.  This Service is subject to XTC’s confirmation.  Domain propagation may take up to 3 days. 

4.2. Change Header / Website Body Color - $25

Subscriber must provide the images or graphics to be placed on the header and must provide a draft layout of the requirement.  If Subscriber cannot provide for these, XTC will source for the images/graphics but Subscriber must at least describe what images are required.  XTC will execute as necessary. 

4.3. Customized Logo Development - $25

Subscriber must provide the concept for the logo and XTC will execute.  Subscriber can only review/comment once before XTC finalizes.

4.4. Customized Flash Header - $70

Subscriber must provide a storyboard of the required flash animation.  Otherwise, XTC will execute as necessary.

4.5. Customized Layout Non-Exclusive - $25

Subscriber must provide a draft of the layout and colors.  Otherwise, XTC will execute as necessary.

4.6. Customized Layout Exclusive - $50

Subscriber must provide a draft of the layout and colors.  Otherwise, XTC will execute as necessary.

4.7. Customized Inquiry Form - $25

Up to 10 customized fields.  The data from the form will be received via email. 

4.8. Image Upload - $10 per 5 images or less

The upload will be done within 48 hours from receipt of payment, digitized copies of the images and descriptions.  The images must meet the required specifications as detailed in Point 7 below.

4.9. Image Editing Fee - $10 per 5 images or less

Image or Photo Editing includes the removal of background and optimization for web use.

4.10. Additional Web Page - $15

For late materials or for materials submitted after website development has commenced, additional web page fee shall be charged.

		Be able to upload images, make albums, and post image descriptions.  Includes upload of 30 images.  Price does not include photo editing works.

4.11.5.		Event Calendar Module - $25
4.11.6.		Forum/Bulletin Board Module - $25
4.11.7.		Newsletter Module - $25
4.11.8.		Live Chat - $25
4.11.9.		FAQ - $25
4.11.10.		Auction Module - $25
4.11.11.		Shopping Cart Module - $70
		Upload product image, description and prices.  Customers orders online.  Free upload of up to 20 products.
4.11.12.		Product Catalog Module - $50
4.11.13.		Contacts Management Module - $25
4.11.14.		Job Listing and Resume Submission Module - $70
		Be able to post job listing requirements online, accept online applications and receive online applications via email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Prices above are only for installation and integration of these modules into your website.  These modules come on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Any modifications to its core structures require programming and are subject to additional fees and the limitations of the module or system. 

4.12. On-Site Hands-On Website Administrator User Training (this service is available in the Philippines only) - $50 per 2 hours (within Metro Manila only)

One-on-one hands-on training may be availed of upon request.  The fee is $50 per 2-hours, paid in advance to confirm the reservation.  As this is a paid training, subscribers are required to be on time.  If the subscriber arrives later than the reserved start time, the training will still end at the reserved end time.  Subscriber may extend the training provided it will not be in conflict with another reservation.  The extension must be paid prior to the start of the planned extension.  Extension rate is $15 per fraction of an hour or up to one hour.  Additional transportation fees and meal allowance apply for trainings outside Metro Manila and are subject to confirmation.

SEO is the process of optimizing a webpage and/or web site to enhance its chances of being ranked in the top results of search engines.

5.    Billing and Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription Fee - The Monthly Fee is to be paid within 5 days from the due date after which, the account will be suspended automatically without notice.  You will then have two weeks from suspension date to reactivate the account by paying the overdue monthly fee and the reactivation fee of $25.  Failure to reactivate within the 2-week grace period, would result to account closure and the ownership of the domain name, hosting account and all its contents will revert to XTC. 

6.    Subscription Period

The minimum subscription period is one (1) year from the date of the payment of the Total Initial Fee.  Should the subscriber decide to terminate before 1 year, a 30-days written notice must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it and the 1 month advanced payment will be forfeited.

7.    Content Requirements

All artworks, text and images are to be provided by the subscriber.  Company logo (if available) must be submitted.  Otherwise XTC will develop a simple logo using your complete company name or domain name.  All images must be web-ready (optimized and resized for web) and must be submitted in JPEG format via email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .  The minimum resolution for images is 300dpi.  You would need to confirm that the materials provided to us are complete, correct and accurate and that we can commence with the website development.  Once development has commenced, additional materials on completed pages will be billed as updates, new pages will be billed as additional pages.  Prices do not include Photo/Image editing fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the content that you will submit to us simply because you are the best source of your information.  Whenever we can and whenever possible, we will correct grammatical errors and/or obvious mistakes.  However, it is not our responsibility to review the accuracy and correctness of what you submit to us.  Please remember this simple guide:  “What you submit is what you get.”  Charges will apply to correct these errors/mistakes.

10.  Website Development Leadtime

Total development leadtime may take up to 15 working days, to commence upon the online signup, submission of the complete materials (refer to application field tooltip #s 20-24 & #7 of the Terms & Conditions for the requirements) and receipt of Total Initial Fee payment and Add-On costs, if any.   In case the required web content/materials cannot be provided completely, the work on the website will not be started. 

11.  Website User Manual

A basic Website User Manual will be provided to the Subscriber in PDF format upon turnover of the site so that the client may have a guide how to update sections of his site.  See TOS Item #4.11 above for hands-on training rates.

12.  Currency

All prices are in US Dollars.  Subscribers from the Philippines may pay in Philippine Pesos.

13.  X3mtek.com & Bayanhosting.com Footer Placement
